Important Policy Information for St. John’s Children’s Religious
Education Programs
The preparation for St. John the Evangelist 1st Penance and 1st
Eucharist is a two-year program. Students must complete two years of
formal Catholic Religious Education in order to receive these two
sacraments. This policy is for both St. John’s School and St. John’s
Religious Education students. For more information, contact the
Religious Education Office at 301-868-3026.
We will begin accepting applications for our 2008-2009 Religious
Education Year beginning on April 23, 2008. Registration forms will be
available in the Religious Education office or here on our web site (see
below). The completed registration forms must be dropped off at or sent
to the Religious Education Office. Tuition and Sacraments fees must
accompany completed registration forms.
